Fantastic Four 50th Anniversary
What an incredible comic. What an incredible creative team. Happy 50th.
Thank you Jack Kirby and Stan Lee.
Game Night
I’m really starting to get into playing Pathfinder each week. My character is a level 3 fighter with an AC of 25. Pathfinder really does have the feel of D&D and I enjoy that.
When going to my group, I pass by four tables of D&D 4E every week. Glancing at D&D, it really does look like a different game all together. It reminds me more of an 80′s board game than an RPG. On the lines of Axis & Allies or something.
Happy 10th Birthday!

Happy 10th birthday to OS X! I’m looking forward to seeing what the next 10 years have to offer.
Happy 25th Mario!
It almost slipped my mind but I couldn’t let the year go by without wishing my favorite game a happy 25th anniversary. The game that completely changed the way I viewed and played video games. Thank you Mr. Shigeru Miyamoto for creating this game and bring much happiness to my life.
The Origins of D&D
Here’s an article by GARY GYGAX on the origins of D&D. It was published in TSR’s own The Dragon #7 on June 1977.
GARY GYGAX ON DUNGEONS & DRAGONSOrigins of the Game©1977 by TSR HOBBIES, INC.
The most frequently asked question at seminars which I have given on DUNGEONS & DRAGONS is: “How did the game originate?”. Because of the frequency of this question, and the involved nature of the reply required, I thought it a good idea to once again put it in writing. The Forward in DUNGEONS & DRAGONS contains most of what follows, but I will go into greater detail here.
Happy 30th Anniversary Pacman!
